Installer of the Year for Sheffield Window Centre at UK Window Industry Awards

We're over the moon! Our family business has just been named the UK's “Installer of the Year” at the G Awards – the most prestigious awards in the UK window industry, often described as the industry’s “Oscars.”

The prize was presented by radio and TV entertainer, Milton Jones at a London gala awards dinner.

“Our award was a really proud moment for all of our family," says Ian Hunter, our Director, "and I would like to thank every single member of staff, because without all their hard work, this wouldn't have been possible. We’ve known many of the people who work for us for over 25 years. Without their efforts we couldn’t be where we are today.

"The foundations were laid for winning the award many years ago, when my father took over the business and decided to take an opposite approach to many others in the industry by not following up leads and quotes, and instead focussing on the very best customer service. Our salespeople visit, post out a quote then leave the decision to the customer. We never chase people, I know that costs us sales but many customers say they love how we do business."
